This also includes developing plans and proposals to legally reduce payments by optimizing certain expense items and reducing some costs.
  • Developing a comprehensive framework for legal operations and ensuring their proper implementation in a manner consistent with Egyptian laws, taking into account the nature of the company’s activities, and managing dealings with relevant government authorities, including Social Insurance, the General Authority for Investment, the Labor Office, and all other governmental bodies.
  • Attempting to resolve any disputes arising within the company through amicable means that preserve the company’s rights, while granting each party the rights permitted within the applicable limits, without prejudice to the company’s rights or its reputation in the Egyptian market.
  • Drafting, writing, reviewing, monitoring, and supervising all internal and external contracts with the company’s clients in a manner that protects the company from any potential consequences, omissions, problems, or legal disputes that may arise or be likely to arise as a result of such contracts.
  • Safeguarding all of the company’s rights against third parties, whether employees or clients, and following up on the fulfillment of the company’s obligations within the specified deadlines and in accordance with the agreed terms.
  • Dealing with all relevant governmental and judicial authorities to avoid any violations that may result from the company’s operations, prevent errors, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, while maximizing cost efficiency and avoiding unnecessary risks or potential legal disputes.
  • Representing and defending the company in the event of any dispute arising against it before the competent public prosecution authorities and courts.
  • Handling all matters before the competent Public Prosecution offices and various judicial authorities at all levels, including civil and criminal cases (violations, misdemeanors, and felonies), commercial circuits, the State Council and Administrative Judiciary, the Real Estate Registration and Notarization Authority, Economic Courts at all levels, the Court of Cassation and various cassation appeals, as well as all matters related to labor disputes, the Labor Law, and the associated laws and regulations.
